As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in the U.S. and across the globe, we wanted to take a moment to let you know what RFC Financial Planners is doing to respond to this public health emergency.
First and foremost, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our co-workers, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work.
We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and are following the recommendations from the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local authorities.
RFC continues to develop, update, and share guidance with our team so that we can be fully informed on how to protect ourselves, our families, and our clients against transmission of the virus.
Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our team and those around us, we are also focused on continued service to our clients. We have taken steps to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality, excellence, and timeliness to which you are accustomed to receiving from us even during these unique circumstances.
RFC has put into place the following measures for the safety of our team and clients:
• Currently, we are adjusting all in-person client meetings to either phone appointments or video conference appointments. Effective immediately, clients are welcome to drop off paperwork or tax related documents using our drop box. The drop box is located left of the door at the front entrance of our building.
• We will continue to be available for appointments by phone and virtual/video conference appointments to review your financial goals, investment strategies, and answer any questions you might have.
• We anticipate that this will continue through April 5, 2020, but we will adjust accordingly.
One of the most important responsibilities leaders have is to guide their team and clients through crises and tough times with calm determination and thoughtful execution. Hopefully, this crisis is short-lived. Regardless it is here and upon us, and we must all act accordingly out of respect for our clients and our team. We are working diligently on your behalf with you and your family’s best interest at heart and will be available to respond to questions you may have. The health and safety of our co-workers, clients, and families are in our thoughts. We hope that you and your loved ones are well, and we are here for you.
